The advocate Anelise Patricia de Carvalho Pavao, born in Guarulhos (Brazil) on July 16, 1987, graduated in Law at the FMU-SP University in 2009, is registered in the Bar of the forum of São Paulo (Brazil), Porto (Portugal), and Rome (Italy).
She speaks Portuguese, Italian, English, and Spanish.
In 2007, she took part in the course of "Mediation and Conciliation Techniques" at the Civil Tribunal (Juizado Especial Cível in São Paulo, Brazil), where she worked as "Conciliator of first hearing."
From 2006 to 2009, she held numerous Internships in Law Firms and Courts (both in the Chancellery and with the Magistrates).
She began her practice in 2010 at the Studio "Gimenes Imóveis e Advocacia" in Sao Paulo (Brazil) in the field of Civil Law, with particular regard to Consumer Protection.
She moved to Florence in 2013 and attended the Postgraduate Course in "Developments in Matters of Entry, Stay and Rejection of Foreigners in the EU" at the University of Florence.
In 2016, in Rome, she collaborated at the Melchionna Law Firm in Civil Law.
In 2018 she attended the course "Refugees and Migrants" at the Sapienza University in Rome.
Currently, she carries out the recognition of Italian citizenship to Brazilians.
